Services Covered Under Maintenance 1 Maintenance of the CCTV Surveillance System includes Camera Visibility Test, DVR/NVR Recording Test, DVR/NVR Settings Verification, DC Test, BNC Test, RJ-45 Test, Power Supply Test, Network Switch Test and Hard Disk Error Check Replacement of CCTV (IP, PTZ and HDCVI) parts and some consumable items are not covered under Maintenance 2 Each visit will charge 500/- 3 Any Extra work on above Maintenance shall be chargeable extra

1 The contract is valid for quarterly from the date of signing of memorandum of understanding (MOU) on AMC This may be renewed quarterly subject to rendering of satisfactory service & fulfilling the term & conditions 2 Maintenance of the CCTV Surveillance System includes Camera Visibility Test, DVR/NVR Recording Test, DVR/NVR Settings Verification, DC Test, BNC Test, RJ-45 Test, Power Supply Test, Network Switch Test and Hard Disk Error Check Replacement of CCTV (IP, PTZ and HDCVI) parts and some consumable items are not covered under AMC However the servicing agency may provide such components and the price may be fixed at the time of signing of AMC 3 Inspections render breakdown maintenance and monthly preventive maintenance during normal working hours to the equipment 4 The Preventive maintenance will be done �ONCE� in a month of the equipment mentioned in maintenance Contract (ie 12 free visits in a Year), after 12 visit each visit will charge 500/-extra 5 If complaint is registered by the customer, then response time against the complaint will be 3 hours during Business hours, if the complaint is placed before 200 pm else by next working day 6 Free telephone support related to IT and Security problems If our service engineer is Unable to repair the system on site within 2 hours, the equipment has to be returned to our Service Center for repair Other Terms of Supply Are As Follows 1 GST 18% is applicable extra In case of any change in Tax Structure the same would be applicable on the date of billing 2 Any Extra work on above AMC quotation shall be chargeable extra
